About Biofam

Biofam exports and imports organic products, representing several brands in food segment, as well as housecare products, health and beauty products for adult and childcare, for Portuguese territory.

Our young and strongly motivated team, is concerned with all the issues related with protection and balance of nature and environment.

To fulfill the lack of an appropriate offer to the needs of our market, with regard to organic products, we decided to create Biofam . Our mission aims to provide an alternative healthy eating, focusing on products from organic farming.

It was with the purpose of giving our contribution to bridging the lack of a suitable offer to the needs of our market, with regard to organic products, that we gave substance to Biofam draft in 2006.

In this way, we try contributing to the health and welfare of people, while ensuring Nature protection.  To obtain the Organic Certification, all organic products have to be produced in balance with nature, protecting and stimulating biodiversity, refraining from using chemicals and pesticides Biofam intends to play a role in the dissemination and encouragement of organic farming in Portugal, as well as reaching a significant place in the export of such products
